Get the "lost sense of touch" back

A salesperson of the company gave me an opinion, saying that our gas-packs were beautiful when they were just assembled, but once they were assembled and debugged by our assemblers, some oil stains appeared on the surface and it became silent. Empty. What a pity, is there a good way to solve this problem?

This reminds me of what the general manager of the company once said to me that we people have five senses: touch, sight, taste, smell, and hearing. The assembly of valves basically uses touch and vision to do a good job. But gloves are a terrible thing. Once you put on the gloves and install the valve, it is not only easy to be contaminated with dirt, but the biggest problem is that we lose our sense of touch. The details of burrs, roughness, cleanliness, hardness, viscosity, etc. are almost unconscious. When it arrives, the refined assembly requirements will definitely not be met. Of course, there will also be the problem of oil pollution that the salesperson said. In fact, it is also our distrust and destruction of the upper process.

As an assembly supervisor, I should work with process and designers to formulate strict assembly test procedures and strictly implement them. Not only do assembly tests, but also appearance quality. I think I must take the lead in retrieving the "lost sense of touch" and lead everyone to present the best product quality, including appearance quality, to users.
