Delan control valve experts were invited to India to help solve the problem of imported control valves

At the invitation of a power construction company, the Delan control valve expert team rushed to India on the 4.6 to help solve the on-site problem of the imported control valve of the 600mw unit. After arriving at the site, the expert team listened carefully to the vibration, noise, leakage, poor adjustment accuracy and other problems of the control valve during the operation of the unit for nearly a year, measured and observed the dismantled valve, and checked the operating status of the adjacent unit of the same type. Check and record the operating data of changing conditions. After sorting out, analyzing and calculating the collected data, the expert group obtained preliminary opinions on the 4.8th and reported the opinions to the power construction company and the owner. The opinions believed that the control valve has improper selection, unreasonable structure, and critical operating conditions. This caused severe vibration and noise during the operation of the regulating valve, and caused problems such as internal leakage and poor regulation accuracy, which seriously affected the stability and safety of the unit. The opinions ruled out the pumps and pipelines that users were worried about. For layout issues, it is recommended that the contractor and user modify the regulating valve and optimize the operating parameters.

The contractor and the user agreed with the expert group’s opinions and thanked the expert group for their serious, active and dedicated work. They stated that they would optimize the control valve according to the expert group’s opinions as soon as possible, and optimize the unit operating parameters and optimize the results in time.
